- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Facilitate NICU admissions
- Co-manage NICU patients with attending MD and well newborn nursery
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Must have DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and CSR (Controlled Substance Registration)

Types of Cases: NICU cares for 250+ infants annually. Unit offers conventional ventilation, iNO, HFOV, and jet ventilation for very early preterm, late preterm, and term infants. Approximately 1200 births per year in facility.
Responsibilities:
Staff on Shift: 24-hour OBGYN and Anesthesia. Perinatologist and Neonatologist available.
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: Can obtain privileges in 30 days for clean files.
Licensing: Prefer license in hand but can consider licensing for candidates with LOTS of availability.
