Description

In this strategic role, you'll partner with mid-level leaders and their teams to identify and address talent-related challenges that impact business performance.

Here's what you'll do:

Business Partner:

Collaborate with mid-level leaders to identify business opportunities related to the talent cycle, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, performance management, development, and more.

Strategic Advisor:
Influence leadership decisions concerning people matters to ensure they align with overall business goals.

HR Subject Matter Expert:
Partner with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.

Problem-Solving Partner:
Consult with subject matter experts to address challenges affecting business performance.

To be successful, you'll need:

Decision-Making Expertise:
Identify and analyze business issues, evaluate data, and develop effective solutions.

Relationship Builder:
Establish strong connections with leaders and team members at all levels.

Communication Master:
Clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences through various channels.

HR Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of adult development, learning, and performance improvement principles.

Legal Compliance:
Maintain proficiency in U.S. labor laws and relevant state regulations.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
