    Job Description Job Description Regal Securities is a FINRA registered national stock brokerage firm with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist / Registered Representative experienced in new account processing, handling customer trade support, activity report generation, and managing client phone calls.

    Delivering first class service for client accounts is paramount.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain high-touch positive relationships with clients and clearing firmsOnboard new day trading accountsHelp resolve trade and platform issuesReply to customer service live chat and emailsManage phone inquiries, emails and chats in a courteous, polite and efficient mannerProvide details and analysis of chatroom trends and backup for locate requestsGenerate sales leadsDemonstrate understanding of quotes, markets, financial instruments, and trading conceptsDemonstrate the ability to process status reports, verify transactions and perform calculations to understand buying powerEstablish proficient understanding and usage of order entry system, account management and quote software.

    Assist internal brokers resolving customer service questions and issuesWork cooperatively and effectively with others, demonstrate ability to function in a team environmentAdhere and comply with Company policies, procedures and compliance per FINRA/SEC regulations.


    Qualifications:


    The successful Registered Rep must be able to work as a collaborative team member in a fast paced and interactive environment.

    Strong understanding of market terminology.
    Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and precise manner.

    Detail oriented, accurate and ability to multi taskAbility to work with a sense of urgencyRequirements:
    Minimum 2+ years stock option brokerage experience preferred.
    Strong understanding of margins, equities and options.
    Excellent analytical skills and math aptitude.
    Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred (will sponsor).Bachelors degree preferred.
