    • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports.
    • Maintain client records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
    • Provide administrative support to the client services department as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in client services or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
