    Spherion Gainesville, FL clients' are looking for Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Staff Assistants for their Gainesville, FL offices. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and general administrative office duties. The ideal candidate will be professional and have at least 2 years of administrative office experience. Let's get to work.
    Usually a Temporary with the possibility of a permanent position

    Schedule:
    FT and PT, M-F, 8a - 5p

    Salary:
    $18/hr - $22/hr Depending on location, requirements and some positions may be outside this pay range.

    • Answer incoming calls
    • Greet and direct guests
    • Direct calls to proper staff
    • Schedule meetings
    • Manage calendars
    • Place outgoing calls and emails as needed
    • Maintain proper phone etiquette
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail
    • Other duties as assigned
    Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Skills:

    • Experience managing schedules and calendars highly preferred

    Education:
    High School

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required
    • 3+ years of experience in an office setting
    • Typing, phone, and computer competency skills
    • Proven written and verbal communication skills
    • MS Office expertise
