- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
- Work with K-12 students
- Provide counseling to individuals and groups of students
- Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to devise and implement intervention tactics
- Participate in team gatherings to assess student development and requirements
- Offer crisis intervention and assistance when necessary
- Provide training to staff on mental health, behavior management, and efficient teaching methods
- Maintain precise and confidential student records
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- State certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan
- Strong assessment and diagnostic proficiencies
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Aptitude for collaborative teamwork
