- Offer general program administrative oversight and support, including involvement in compliance requirements and document preparation;
- Ensure compliance with program and system requirements;
- Act as the primary liaison with the CPI 3.0 vendor team;
- Supervise promotional and marketing initiatives for the program;
- Identify opportunities for ongoing quality enhancement in departmental activities, particularly in relation to CPI 3.0;
- Prepare necessary compliance forms and documents, handling refunds and accounts payable requests when needed;
- Support operations, marketing, and promotional endeavors, striving for advancement and efficiency;
- Assist the Certifications team in executing programs, priorities, and projects in collaboration with the Association and fellow staff members;
- Collaborate with the Manager to create data aligning with the APTA data strategy and volunteer nominations process.

- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the achievement of association priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a nonprofit, association, or business environment;
- Proficiency in project management;
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage various projects and meet deadlines;
- Strong background in computer databases;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Summary
This role will play a vital part in supporting the recently introduced program, CPI 3.0, within our Association. As a member of the Education unit, you will be involved in initiatives that align with the organizational priorities and activities of the Certifications Department. You will assist in educational contributions and ongoing assessment strategies for the Association, while also aiding in meeting the objectives related to education and certification strategies. Moreover, you'll be supporting various operational needs for appointed and member volunteer groups as well as APTA leadership, ensuring compliance documents are accurately managed. Your role will also involve identifying and fostering opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental activities, all while embodying and advocating for the Association's vision, mission, and brand.
