- Providing check-in, check-out, and daily lodging support during events.
- Provide assistance before, during, and after meal periods in the dining hall.
- Monitor areas in guest view for cleanliness and functionality and take appropriate action, where needed.
- Assist our housekeeping staff by ensuring immediate cleanliness issues in our lodging facilities are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Provide support during special events and conferences, as required or needed.
- Be available for at least one after hours on-call shift per week
- Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
- Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
- 18 years of age or older
- General computer knowledge and operation
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
- Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
- Shows appreciation to coworkers in written and verbal form
- Actively engages with team
- Suggests 1 improvement for the department
- Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements
