    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our high-quality cabinet products to new and existing customers and will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    Responsibilities


    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective communication with clients


    • Provide customers with in-depth product knowledge and specifications, including explaining the benefits and features of our cabinet products.


    • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including materials, finishes, and design options


    • Identify customer needs and recommend the best solution for their home or business.


    • Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and offer custom design solutions


    • Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure that customer projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.


    • Create and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner


    • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction


    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates


    • Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with industry professionals


    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

    Qualifications


    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a home renovation environment


    • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of client satisfaction and retention


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and industry professionals


    • A strong background in interior design or carpentry is preferred


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


    • Knowledgeable in Cabinet design software Microvellum (specifically AutoCAD), Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.


    • Highly self motivated and must have the ability to generate leads
