    Description
    Christian Care Communities in Mesquite are hiring for a Cook- this is a FT position, every other weekend.

    Christian Care Communities & Services is a non-profit, faith-based organization that operates three communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

    For more than 70 years, CCC&S has provided quality housing and health care services for seniors in North Texas. Providing innovative and loving care for those we serve is our mission.

    What Christian Care Communities has to offer Cooks:

    • Flexible Scheduling
    • On-going training
    *Preparing all food according to the menu in a safe, sanitary manner

    • Ensuring proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods according to standardized recipes
    • Preparing food in a timely manner
    • Responding to community issues or concerns that may occur in the dining room
    • Overseeing proper food handling and utilization of all foods to prevent contamination, increase quality, and reduce cost
    • Cleaning all food service equipment, kitchen, and food storage areas
