    Title: Recovery Technician

    Reports to: Lance Moberly, Clinical Director

    Status: PRN

    Shift: Days, Nights, & Swing Shifts available

    Compensation: $19-22/hour

    Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand.

    The Recovery Tech is responsible for attending to the safety and wellbeing of patients, and working with a multidisciplinary treatment team in accordance with policy and procedure, to provide the best possible patient care.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to clinical staff
    • Follow reporting and communication guidelines when interacting with staff and patients
    • Timely completion and accuracy of paperwork, including daily logs and forms
    • Maintain daily schedules and structure, specifically around transport times, meal times, transition times, and others outside of normal programming hours
    • Function as a member of the treatment team and provide patient observation rounds, and consistent monitoring of patient's activities and behaviors during scheduled shift

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
    • Must have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
    • Knowledge and skills in English usage, interpersonal relationships and excellent communication skills

    Conditions of Employment:

    • Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment
    • Completion of a pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and upon reasonable suspicion of use
    • Completion of background and professional reference checks
    • Completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check
