    What You'll Do:  


    At Stanley Black & Decker's facility in Martin, TN, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:  

    • Working as a key team member in our production line, ensuring smooth operations. 
    • Set up your workstation and contribute to changeover and Lean procedures. 
    • Collaborate with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties.
