Job Type:
Part-time, Monday - Friday
Hours: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation:
$17.00
You will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different client accounts
Efficiently document all customer interactions
Required Skills:
2 year + of telephone customer service experience
35 WPM
Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
Computer navigation skills
Google Sheets experience
Exhibits a cheerful demeanor with the ability to display good-natured tolerance
