Endeavor HCBS is hiring caring individuals in Goodyear, Arizona to support children and young adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
This isn't a hospital setting. It's real-life support in a home environment.
Depending on the individual, you may:
- Help with homework or learning activities
- Assist with daily routines like meals and hygiene
- Encourage communication and social interaction
- Practice life skills and independence
- Provide supervision and positive reinforcement
- Accompany them on safe community outings
Think of it as structured caregiving with purpose and training.
What You'll Receive
- Starting pay of $18.50 per hour
- Paid training (including CPR, First Aid, and Article 9)
- Flexible evening and weekend shifts
