- Uphold a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
- Direct teams of electricians on large-scale construction jobsites from start to finish
- Oversee the financial performance and risk management of the project
- Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems
- Collaborate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to move the job forward
- Continually mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to TSG executives
- Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
- You have a "never give up" attitude
- You're organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
- You're a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across the jobsite and organization
- You're a leader and are effective at interfacing with customers and executives
- You're skilled in motivating and mentoring teams
- You have at least 8 years of experience serving as a General Foreman or Superintendent
- You're experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $20M+
- You are knowledgeable in industry codes, standards, requirements, and methods
- You have knowledge of construction management software
- Membership with the IBEW
