    Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a key player in store operations, customer service, and team development. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, and developing the skills of their colleagues.

    • Assist with daily tasks such as opening/closing procedures, receiving shipments, maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising standards.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read interpret and explain operational directives required;
    2. A minimum of 6 months-1 year ‘Sales floor management' work experience desired preferably within retail environment setting (grocery supermarket pharmacy).
