    The Project Manager/Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.

    This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

    Leading construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget is seeking a Project Manager.


    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors and construction personnel, to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
    Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications and regulatory requirements.
    Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and challenges.
    Monitor project progress and budget expenditures, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on construction sites.
    Resolve conflicts, disputes, and issues that may arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, permits, and regulations governing construction activities.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)


    Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

    1-4 years


    Qualifications:


    Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or construction supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
    Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
