    Position Summary:

    As a Maintenance Technician at Maria Parham Health, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility.

    Reports to: Director of Facility Management & Security

    Responsibilities of the Position:

    • Install, test, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment
    • Perform utility and structural repairs alone or with external tradespersons
    • Inspect, test, and maintain records for all fire safety equipment and systems
    • Move items within and between locations as required
    • Complete other assigned tasks and duties

    Minimum Education:

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred: HVAC Program Graduate

    Certifications/Licenses:

    Driver's License required if company vehicle is used

    Required Skills:

    Must have critical thinking skills, be able to make decisive judgments, and work with minimal supervision
