    Gross Weekly Pay (40 hrs): $1835

    • $24/hr W2 (taxable)
    • $875/week Per Diem (non-taxable)

    Requirements:

    • 2 years recent experience required working in Home Health unit
    • Required: LPN California State License & BLS from AHA
    • Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
