Job Description:
The Graduate Pharmacy Intern is responsible to provide consultative or direct pharmaceutical care as a member of the health care team in the acute and/or ambulatory care setting under the direction of a registered pharmacist.
This individual is expected to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate pharmacotherapy to ensure effective, safe, and economic patient care.
The Graduate Pharmacy Intern will participate in the technical and clinical functions of the unit dose drug distribution and sterile product preparation processes within the Department of Pharmacy.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BS - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. 1 year of institutional practice experience preferred. Pharmacy Intern/Residents upon hire required.
