    Job Title: Provider Relations Representative

    Job Description:

    The Provider Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for Community Behavioral Health's (CBH) provider network, providing education, support, and resolution of provider inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with multiple CBH departments to maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned contracted providers and practitioners.
    • Maintain a repository of information for each assigned provider and practitioner.
    • Oversee an assigned caseload of in-network providers and practitioners, ensuring timely resolution of emerging concerns.
    • Provide direction and assistance in navigating the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS).
    • Ensure all four components of DBHIDS can retrieve requested information regarding provider/practitioner levels of care, locations, contact information, billing history, claims issues, and contract status.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health/healthcare administration or business administration related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of equivalent experience in mental health, with knowledge of managed care and Medicaid/Medicare programs.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and networking skills.

    Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
