- Oversee the accounts payable and corporate credit card processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, maintaining procedures and ensuring staff are properly trained.
- Collaborate with accounting department team to support overall department goals and objectives. Support business processes and accounting policies. Maintain the corporate chart of accounts ensuring accuracy of utilization throughout all accounting and reporting processes.
- Assist in the Organization's liquidity management process, including cash reconciliations, monitoring and reporting of sources and uses, debt monitoring and maintenance and ensuring accuracy completeness of documented processes and procedures.
- Manage all accounting aspects of the Investment portfolios, including but not limited to reconciliations, impairment analysis and municipal monitoring.
- Manage grant income recognition to ensure it is in alignment with company guidelines and current existing accounting guidance, programmatic requirements and strategic goals.
- Perform all programmatic and outsourced accounting services, including but not limited to income and expense recognition, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, cash and grant tracking and budget assistance.
- Respond to requests from internal and external parties for various financial information and analysis.
- Serve as backup for the Staff Accountant and Director of Financial Services.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in carrying out responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or 5 years experience in similar roles.

- Demonstrated web research skills
- Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Experience with FISERV and core bank operating systems (i.e., Jack Henry 20/20 or Silverlake, or Fidelity Banc Pac)
- $60,000 – $80,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience
