    The Service Portfolio Business Analyst (ServiceNow/Reporting) role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of Service Portfolio Management processes within the organization, particularly focusing on ServiceNow.

    Reporting directly to the Service Portfolio Manager, this position will operate as a custodian of the Service Portfolio Management process, working closely with stakeholders and project/program teams to drive adoption and support detailed data transformations.

    With a primary focus on data querying, reporting, and ServiceNow expertise, the Portfolio Analyst will play a key role in operationalizing Service Portfolio Management best practices.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Portfolio Management.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and data analysis.

    Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management, Query Builder, and Reporting products, or equivalent knowledge and experience in a competitive platform (BMC, Atlassian, etc.).

    Deep familiarity with ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other formulas.
    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    Ability to manage priorities and tasks across multiple projects and teams, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality.
    Act as an agent of change and partner with clients to understand pain points and champion process improvements.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve business results.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working for a large company within a matrix organization.
    Experience supporting technology organizations using agile practices.
    Preferably possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
    Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
    Experience with Smartsheets.
    Disney experience preferred.

    Responsibilities:


    Operate and manage steady-state, day-to-day needs including monitoring and enforcing data and process compliance, responding to new requests for process/data support, providing reporting assistance, education/training, assisting with Service Definition, and process refinements.

    Develop, execute, and manage filters and queries to inform portfolio reporting and educate portfolio stakeholders.

    Assist in operationalizing Service Portfolio Management, coordinating with related process stakeholders to establish data and process compliance metrics reporting needed for process compliance governance.

    Partner with Service Portfolio Practitioners to educate and provide Service Portfolio guidance, as well as assist with Data Transformation.
    Support project management activities required to track progress, including tracking data transformation progress and identifying dependencies.
    Consult with and advise process manager regarding issues, actions, and any obstacles to completing assigned activities.
    Confidently and effectively communicate with managers, team members, stakeholders, and business partners.

    Education:
    Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Additional Information:
    ServiceNow experience / certification preferred, experience in competing platform will be considered.
    Role involves significant reporting, manager interaction, and team education.

    This role is part of an integration project; the person must be comfortable having conversations with different segments of the business and explaining how changes impact specific parts of the business.

    The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
