Job summary
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Austin team. This is a unique opportunity to step into our CX organization during an exciting phase of growth and help shape what Customer Success looks like for our US customers.This role will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion, ensuring that each customer gains maximum value from Neurons' platform.
- Monitor customer health, address risks early.
- Guide customers in product usage.
