    To qualify for this role, you must have a valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or trauma nursing, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Experience with trauma care and emergency procedures is essential.
    Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with pediatric and adult trauma care is a plus.
