    Our organization is seeking a Director of Partnership Accounting to lead our financial reporting efforts. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, auditors, and service providers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and client policies
    • Manage the coordination of audits and tax reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
    • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership accounting, with experience in alternative investments preferred. A CPA designation is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

    Requirements

    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Solid understanding of investment accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory guidelines
