    Our San Francisco Beauty client needs an Assistant Site Merchandiser to cover a Maternity Leave.

    Your role:

    As an Assistant Manager of Site Marketing for Sephora, you will be responsible for developing and executing site campaign strategies and programs to drive engagement, sales, acquire new clients, and grow awareness of new Sephora brands, products and services across app and site.

    Reporting to the Manager of Site marketing, you will:


    • Recommend site support, landing page and targeting strategies for owned US/CA-leveraged

    campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales based on engagement and conversion metrics


    • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy, leveraging client behavior, content, and page performance analytics


    • Work closely with CA Site, Merchandising & cross-functional partners on leveraged campaigns


    • Partner with site production to execute campaigns, content, and new site features, thoroughly

    QA'ing to ensure flawless execution


    • Maintain site calendars and trackers to keep track of all placements, timing, messaging, and

    targeting


    • Ensure campaign business objectives are met and client journey is seamless and optimized


    • Hindsight campaign performance and make recommendations for subsequent campaigns


    • Support Senior Marketing Manager in special projects, ad hoc requests, and initiatives

    We're excited about you if you have:


    • 3-5 years of eCommerce or site marketing experience


    • Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners

    at all levels and across multiple locations


    • Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward

    common goals and to consensus


    • High energy and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment


    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and act based on data


    • Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage multiple projects and initiatives in

    parallel, prioritize appropriately, and drive them to completion


    • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication


    • Experience with site reporting and analytics to drive actions

    Must have:

    At least 1 year experience with hands-on experience building out personalized customer journey wireframe and roadmaps
