As the Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst, you will track trends, consolidate data and update senior leadership on recommended improvements. Your advice and counsel will help create a brighter future for GXO, our employees and yourself.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Consolidate, track, trend and report on operational data derived from multiple data pointsCreate daily, weekly and monthly reports, and other presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholdersProvide tools to operations management and process managers to detect problem areas in real time; take timely action when problems occurDevelop tools, reports, techniques and/or assist with implementing reporting systems for operational support, including ensuring reporting consistency and standardized formatting, creating professional presentations, and documenting processes and issuesReview and create subsequent reporting and process enhancementsWhat you need to succeed at


GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience2 years of experience in supply chain management and distribution systemsExperience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)

It'd be great if you also had:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related fieldExperience with Salesforce CRM and BI toolsExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceStrong attention to detail and desire to complete work with a high degree of accuracyProficient in reading, analyzing and interpreting business informationAbility to handle multiple projects and time demands with a high level of urgency and personal integrityWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
