    ROLE DEFINITION​

    As a Shipping & ReceivingClerk you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring prompt and accurate shipment of our products and verifying incoming shipments to ensure total customer satisfaction.

    This role works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and requires a moderate amount of overtime throughout the week and sometimes on Saturdays.

    The position qualifies for a potential "perfect attendance" bonus of up to $80 per week

    RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION ​

    Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do: ​

    • Receive and verify daily shipments from small package services and various truck deliveries: match purchase order with slip, enter information into computer, and deliver to appropriate area.
    • Prepare allshipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.
    • Ship small package service packages by completing necessary information on form.
    • Complete internal air bill, bill-of-ladings, and other documents.
    • Close out UPS and Federal Expressshippingsystems and run daily reports.
    • Arrange for packages to be picked up by carriers.
    • Wrap packages for shipment and attach invoice.
    • Prioritize and organizes orders to be shipped according to ship dates.
    • Package and addresses material forshipping.
    • Complete internal and externalshippingdocuments.
    • JOB QUALIFICATIONS ​ Requirements: ​
    • High School education or GED equivalent is required.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or Packaging is preferred
    • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
