Position: Revenue Cycle Specialist

Handle claim submission and resolution for CCS Medical patients across various insurance companies and patient accounts
Manage accounts from CCS Medical billing/collection system
Assess insurance reimbursement for supplies
Verify documentation prior to billing
Audit supply configurations based on requirements
Post payments and adjustments
Resolve credit balance accounts
Identify and solve problems within the scope of work
Initiate appeals when necessary
Communicate with insurance companies and patients to collect outstanding funds
Produce reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Address accounts receivable issues
Maintain high confidentiality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of medical billing/collections experience
Knowledge of reimbursement processes
Proficiency in basic PC skills (MS Office)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payor regulations
Willingness to adapt and grow with the company
