$40k Base, Plus Uncapped Commission

WHAT YOULL DO:
Lead client meetings to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.
Engage and recruit top talent using online platforms.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Maintain client and candidate records meticulously.
Use your sales skills to expand our client base and increase placements.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
Full benefits package: 401(k), PTO, health, dental.
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Experience in sales, with a strong closing ability.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Determination to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
