    Theft Protection Responsibilities:

    • Direct a team of 8-12 Dispatchers and Coordinators in a defined territory, including approval of timecards as required by payroll processes/systems.
    • Responsible for manpower planning and analysis, scheduling shift work as needed to cover each territory, managing coverage of phone queues and assignments as required, etc.
    • Communicate the value of strategic dispatching, inventory practices, and fleet management. to all employees. Work with region VPs/RD's to drive that value for the business while still meeting customer expectations for SLAs/contractual entitlements.
    • Work with the leadership team to establish viable, cost-effective, and strategic objectives and put standard operating procedures in place to support all requirements for business and compliance outcomes, including customer audit readiness.
    • Establish and enforce policies and procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistent with financial controls needed and any QMS.
    • Humble, servant leadership of procurement organization while monitoring KPIs and managing performance accordingly.
    • Works closely with area managers to help support all facility safety and requirements and needs
    • Works with area managers and operations manager on all inventory needs, such as: coordinating physical inventory, refrigerant management, and monitoring, evaluating, and minimizing truck stock per truck, managing any replenishment orders, consistently keeping track of all obsolete and excess inventories. Works with local vendors on the selling of any unneeded inventory
    • Coordinate and support the bid process, help with approval and submittal where appropriate. Order cranes, subcontractors, etc.
    • Field technician interface for any general administrative issues
    • On-boarding new technicians, training, tracking the safety progress of each team assigned, and tracking of PPE. Coordinates required vehicle testing and training at hire and annually
    • Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog)
    • Assign and dispatch technicians
    • Work with Service Managers to address open callsRespond to inquiries.
    • Create and distribute required reporting.
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
    • Daily review of all incomplete calls.
    • Maintain entry and verify nightly "on-call" crew.
    • Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
    • Understand the geography of the market and understand the technician's skillsets

    • Training staff members to be knowledgeable about customer requirements, how to determine when/ where to use technicians effectively, and what actions to take when quality/service standards are not met.

    • 1-2 years of leadership experience
    • HVAC/ Refrigeration or Service Industry experience preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
    • Detail-oriented
    • Ability to make sound decisions to integrate objectives, opportunities, and resources successfully.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, including strong organizational and team-building skills.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Interpersonal relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and presentation forms.
    • Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power
