    Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the National Cyber Range Complex Orlando program to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Responsible for managing scope, cost, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables
    • Develop project schedules, define and assign work to engineers and personnel assigned to the program
    • Monitor and control work for technical adequacy and provide assistance to resolve technical or customer requirements
    • Represent the company as the primary customer contact
    Directly interface with the government customers and vendors

    • Communicate objectives, directions and guidance to the Contractor team
    Mentor and coach assigned personnel to enhance performance, encourages professional development and documents performance Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Cyber or engineering related field of study
    • Must have at twelve Fifteen (15) years' of related, proven experience in program management
    • Industry project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
    • Convene and lead technical status meetings
    • Understanding of Cybersecurity testing and training requirements within the DoD
    • At least four (4) years' of experience with cyber security testing events within the DoD, like Cyber Table Tops (CTT), Cooperative Vulnerability Penetration Assessments (CVPA) and/or Adversarial Assessments (AA)
    • Understanding of the DoD Cybersecurity T&E Guidebook.
    • At least four (4) years' of experience working with DoD Service level Operational Test Agencies (OTAs), NSA Certified Red Teams, or team that execute Cooperative Vulnerability Penetration Assessments (CVPA) for the DoDDESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
    • Master's degree in business or a related field of study
    • Fifteen (15)+ years' of related, proven experience in program management
