Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned, as necessary. To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsible for the execution of Preventive Maintenance Program standards developed by Slot Performance team. Technician's role is to ensure maximum performance and reduce machine downtime through preventative maintenance. Minor repairs of machines may be required during the preventive maintenance service time. Additional functions include involvement in daily moves and modifications projects to continue to build knowledge base and experience levels.
Qualifications:
Slot Repair school or prior slot experience preferred. Must have fundamental knowledge of electronics, machinery and tools. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Promote Harrah's Gulf Coast by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner. Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required skills.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to quickly maneuver and work inside assigned area, while quickly manlift, pull, push and carry up to 100 pounds.
