We are seeking a Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift for a fast-growing manufacturing facility This highly innovative company is expected to grow production significantly in the next 3 years, and your maintenance experience will help ensure production efficiency and quality.

Schedule:
Full-time,3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Located in the greater Madison, WI area

Responsibilities:
Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Inspect equipment and operating systems, take corrective action
Plan and execute preventative maintenance on all machines
Inspect production processes and come up with ways to improve efficiency
Locate sources of problems via operational observation and the use of precision measuring and testing instruments
Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools, and examining the form and texture of parts
Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
Maintain accurate records of completed work
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years of maintenance and machine experience required
Thorough understanding of maintenance systems
Highly detail-oriented
Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to lift to 75lbs and push up to 175lbs occasionally
Low and high-voltage electrical experience desired
Sanitary welding knowledge is a plus
