    Job Title: HR Specialist 2

    Pay Rate: $ 32/hour on W2

    Work Location: 85 Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA

    Duration: 12 Months

    Hybrid: 40 hrs per week (M-Th on-site in RFP NJ Office and F remote)

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Plan People Team Town Halls and various People Team connection events


    • Assists Manager, HR Planning in obtaining content for presentations and meetings with People Leaders focused on enabling strategy execution


    • Direct point of contact for HQ audits on policies, guidelines, processes, etc.


    • Provides project management support under direction of Manager, HR Planning across Performance Enablement & Talent programs


    • Maintain annual People Team milestone calendar. Ensure all milestones are tracked with accuracy
