    The person selected for the role will be expected to reside within a commutable distance of Plano (relocation assistance is not provided for this role).

    Who we're looking for

    Toyota's Human Resources Benefits Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Benefits Operations Administrator.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to process benefit invoice payments and purchase orders on time.

    Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the person in this role will support the Benefits department's objective to ensure deadlines are met with the highest level of quality and customer service.

    What you'll be doing

  • Process purchase orders and invoice payments for the Benefits Department (including Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Leave of Absence Plans) on time to ensure contract compliance.
  • Handle extremely sensitive and confidential information on a routine basis.
  • Exhibit a positive, professional approach to work, with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Work cohesively as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Support a wide range of administrative and general support duties, which may include but are not limited to scheduling meetings, filing and mailings, ordering office supplies, and various other administrative tasks.
    What you bring

  • professional work experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, working on several time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
    Added bonus if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field.
  • Experience in a Human Resources Department.
  • Experience with procurement and payment systems, such as Ariba or Coupa.
  • Recent benefits experience.
  • Toyota Way training, including JKK and TBP to improve current business processes.
