    We are seeking a driven and experienced leader of Field Marketing to direct and oversee the strategic development and execution of global scale programs for the MuleSoft and Tableau product portfolios. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 people, and will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and engagement for our scale programs including but not limited to: global field events, webinars, direct mail, pipeline and sales development programs, and workshops.

    To effectively build a global scale field marketing program portfolio that drives impact and contributes to business goals, you'll work with your fellow marketing partners and other collaborators across the extended business team to craft the strategy, make recommendations, and implement programming.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategic Leadership:
    • Craft and implement the overall strategy for global scale marketing programs that deliver on pipeline and revenue goals, and align with wider business objectives.
    • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing regional and industry teams to ensure program alignment and success.
    Program Management:
    • Lead the development and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs, including:
    • Global events (conferences, tradeshows, etc.)
    • Global webinars
    • Global direct Mail program
    • Field events and workshops
    • New innovative ways to engage prospects and customers
    • Ensure program efficiency and effectiveness through budget management, resource allocation, and vendor management.
    • Utilize data and insights to continuously measure and fine-tune programs and performance based on key metrics like lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
    Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of direct reports, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, fostering open communication and accountability.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively across senior and junior direct reports, empowering team members to excel.
    Communication & Collaboration:
    • Forge positive relationships and collaborations across Salesforce.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives, product managers, and sales teams.
    • Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful program execution.
    • Develop clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate program performance and results.
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation and driving business results.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and methodologies.
    • Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Tableau).
    • Come into a listed hub location 3 x's a week

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $15,900 to $230,600.

    For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $174,800 to $253,600.

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $190,800 to $276,600.
