We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our leadership team. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee several senior living communities within the regional area.

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is a $200m privately held premier provider of senior living and skilled rehabilitation communities across the Midwest with over 2,600 employees.

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care provides skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, home health, and hospice services to over 2,700 residents of communities we serve in 9 states.

Tutera manages and operates 60 communities in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Oklahoma, Indiana, Louisiana, Alabama and South Carolina

~ Proven multi-site Regional Director of Senior Living (IL, ALF, SNF, Rehab, and MC) experience.

Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, reimbursement, human resource development and management, nursing operations, budget processes, business accounting, and census and business development.

Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
Excellent work history in the senior living care industry.
Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
Possess effective communication skills, both oral and in writing.
Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
Ability to perform overnight travel.
Ability to relocate if reside outside of the state(s) of operation.
