In this role, you will drive quality actions to ensure team members (Hourly and Salary) have the required training to do their job


Daily activities include:
Understanding the specific needs of the organization and its employees. Working with subject matter experts to develop quality specific shop floor training. Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor learning solutions. Training hourly team members, as needed. The ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Designing courses, modules, and training materials that align with learning objectives. Communication skills - Clear communication skills are essential for delivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders. Must Be able to convey complex information in a simple and relatable manner. Teaching skills to impart technical knowledge. PowerPoint, video creation and editing tools.

BS degree and experience in manufacturing highly recommended, or equivalent experience Formal qualification to be related to field of work.

Previous manufacturing or training experience in electronics assembly
