HVAC SERVICE DISPATCHER

SUMMARY:
The HVAC Service Dispatcher position is a vital link between the field service technicians and our customers. This position is responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication that helps establish, grow and maintain our customer base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Professionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system.
Prioritize service calls with the correct technician and dispatch appropriately.
Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation.
Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion.
Maintain dispatch board and tracking spreadsheets daily.
Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly.
Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion.
Communicate issues with Service Department Manager and Service Supervisors.
Adhere to Service Department SOP's at all times.

SALARY: $65-75K
