We are working with a nationally recognized Third Party Administrator (TPA) with a strong presence in specialty categories and middle market accounts. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as the Director of Claims Operations.
As the Director of Claims Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their claims department, designing and implementing business strategies, and providing leadership to multiple teams. Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all aspects of claims processing.
