Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership and management experience in long-term or skilled nursing care to serve as Director of Nursing at our unique 18-bed small house-style facility.This is a working DON role with one day per week spent on the floor providing direct care ensuring clinical excellence and modeling best practices for staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and leadership of nursing and direct care staff fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor staff compliance with care standards education requirements and clinical documentation.
