    Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for creating and leading the financial planning and analysis function for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis of key performance indicators.

    The successful candidate will be a self-motivator and strategic thinker who can provide insights and recommendations to senior management, sales, and operations on financial and operational matters.

    Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial model to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

    Work with other Accounting and Finance leaders to establish budget calendar and communicate expectations for the budget process to organizational leaders.

    Develop and manage annual budgeting process and model with all departments to ensure ownership from departmental leaders.

    Analyze financial and operational results and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement and report to senior management, sales, and operations managers.

    Create ad-hoc reports and analysis in conjunction with the IT department that will assist department heads making informed decisions on an ongoing basis.

    Assist in development of KPI dashboards in Power BI to ensure our business units understand how they are performing.
    Hold regular meetings with department heads across the organization to review results and identify areas where support is needed.
    Assist in preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management and operations.
    Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the potential impact of changes in market conditions or business strategies.
    Support key initiatives in the Companys long-term growth plan while ensuring short-term objectives are met.
    Assist with other departments in evaluation of capital investment opportunities and perform financial due diligence on potential acquisitions.
    Assist in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
    Build and manage the FP&A team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.
    Education, Experience, & TrainingBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    Strong analytical skills and ability to develop complex financial models.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information to senior management.

    Highly motivated, eager to learn, creative with a great attention to detail and high level of accuracyProficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Power BI experience is a plusExperience in the energy industry, specifically in gas compression or related fields, is preferred.

    Strong understanding of financial statements required.
    Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
