    As the Preschool Volunteer Developer you will oversee a team of volunteers serving in our Preschool (2-5 years old) areas.

    You will ensure a great weekend experience for both our volunteers and the kids they serve at our two Sunday morning service times.

    You will support families with needs, by partnering with Willow Friends (Disability and Inclusion Ministry) and Willow Niños (Willow Espanol kids), to provide inclusion support for the preschool rooms, and work in collaboration with the Willow Español staff to support children and families of this congregation.

    You will help lead and live out the mission and values of Willow Kids, to help kids to take next steps to love God, love people and change the world.

    *Being bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a requirement for this role.
    The salary range for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and skill set.

    Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the Preschool classrooms at our Sunday Service times; cultivate relationships while supporting and developing the Preschool leaders and teams in serving the kids in our rooms Strong collaboration and partnership with the Kid Experience Lead to provide the best weekend kid experience possibleRecruit, train, and develop a highly engaged and motivated diverse volunteer team that is well equipped, empowered, and encouragedCollaborate with Willow Kids onboarding program; ensuring all volunteers have completed the necessary steps in our protection process and determining fitSupport leadership teams in Preschool rooms (Room Leaders) and oversee appreciation events and trainings for this areaServe as the Willow Kids liaison to Willow Español; collaborating with their leadership and the Willow Kids Team to identify, recruit, and onboard volunteers throughout Willow Kids (birth-5th grade) to support children and families whose primary language is SpanishTranslate communication pieces and other materials into SpanishSupport families on weekends with inclusion needs for children ages 2-5 by partnering with Willow Friends (disability and inclusion ministry) and Willow Niños teams
