Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to current & new health plan members and providers. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about joining the initiative in putting patient care first. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service care to member that have a variety of different questions or concerns. The main support provided will be directing insurance claims from billers and inputting the documentation into the company's internal computer tracking system. This resource will have to think quickly on their feet and enter patient data, whilst communicating with insurance representatives simultaneously. This team works in a fast paced, efficient environment, and is eager to have an addition to the team that will help drive patient care
