- Oversee assigned customer communications, including coordinating deliveries, installations, and services.
- Coordinate job-specific communications to the warehouse, installation crew, and service technicians.
- Manage service/installation product ordering, including chargeable or warranty parts procurement.
- Maintain schedules for assigned accounts, subcontractors, and service technicians using scheduling software.
- Input clear and concise information into multiple software platforms.
- Communicate professionally with various stakeholders, internally and externally, including builders, project managers, homeowners, service technicians, and installers.
- Minimum one year of customer service in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Editor.
- Ability to read and write email communications effectively.
- Capability to work in a multi-person office environment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Dependable, reliable, and people-oriented.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on task completion.
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
