    About the Role

    As a key member of Airwallex's Strategy & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. You will leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and drive strategic projects to improve our global Customer Experience as well as Developer Experience.
    2. Take a data-driven approach to problem solving.
    3. Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes.
    4. Prepare and update materials covering project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies.
    5. Handle special projects and ad-hoc incoming requests, including deep-dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in a fast-growing tech startup, top-tier strategy/management consulting, or equivalent.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with Engineering teams.
    • Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
