Experience:
• 12 months of Operating Room experience is required.
• Travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Additional Details:
Anyone working ICU and MS need 6 Credit on NIH and ER needs 8. This means they have to take NIHSS A-F test groups until they get the right amount of credit hours.
