    Administrative Coordinator

    Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of Technology and Business consulting services.

    We seek a highly motivated candidate to join our team.

    Job Summary:

    • Coordinate training programs, including participant registrations, materials preparation, and logistical arrangements.
    • Provide administrative support with record maintenance, course evaluations, and report preparation.
    • Act as primary contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Oversee facility management, ensuring cleanliness and necessary resources.
    • Maintain accurate records of training participants and ensure data confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training Program Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, maintaining training records, managing course evaluations, and preparing reports.
    • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of training facilities, ensuring they are clean and well-equipped.
    • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training participants, including their contact details, attendance records, and training history.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a training or educational setting.
    • Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with database management software.
    • Other: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
