- Coordinate training programs, including participant registrations, materials preparation, and logistical arrangements.
- Provide administrative support with record maintenance, course evaluations, and report preparation.
- Act as primary contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring cleanliness and necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training participants and ensure data confidentiality.
- Training Program Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, maintaining training records, managing course evaluations, and preparing reports.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of training facilities, ensuring they are clean and well-equipped.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training participants, including their contact details, attendance records, and training history.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a training or educational setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with database management software.
- Other: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
